As luck would have it, luck was on my side! I walked into court, and presented my case to the judge, the other lawyer tried to get my pictures thrown out because they were blurry (damn cell phone pictures!!!) but only was able to get 2 thrown out. Then the judge decided in my favor in the amount of $1500. So all in all I am happy. She would have given me more, but the printout from KBB showed value at 4500 for it, being 10 years old. So she could only justify the $1500
