These are some of the ones I can think of from highschool.

At work, they're quite common nicknames, whitey, sully, that kind of shit.

We have one guy we call five head, because his forehead is so big.

I go by Hokie online/motorcycle friends but all my other friends tend to call me Hooch or Hoochie. That comes from my softball jerseys. I was called a "Hoochie Momma" my first day at Virginia Tech by some drive by dude and I didn't know if he was insulting me or complimenting me....so I asked around. Big Mistake cause it stuck.

Psycho - I'm fun at parties.
Sarge - apparently I am loud, critical, and very bossy.
Dirk - for some reason people used to think I had a ginormous penis... these were all people who obviously never saw it.
Mania - short for Zach-a-mania.
All or Nothin' - that's just how I am.
Reverand Psycho Sickballs - my old stage name.
Big City Hunk (BCH) - looooonnnngggg story.
Asshole - I'm fun at parties.

Michael Carlos - guy looks like a Carlos, but his name is Michael
Juan - real name Tony, but he's too Spanish for that
A-Train - that's pretty much what I call every chick with an 'A' name that I associate with
Dorito - his name is Pedro, but I call him Dorito
J-Money - anyone with a J name that I like
Pilgrim - middle initial P, last name Grimm
Kelly Any Time - apparently she was a whore
Jesus aka Chili-Pepper aka Nazi - dude looked like Jesus before he shaved, Anthony Kiedis after he shaved, and his last name was Bettenazzi.
Mo - name was James, don't know where Mo came from.
Gene - it's what a few of my friends and I call eachother, short for vagene.
