well originally I was thinking, Yeah he probably should have let him go, BUT Im sure they hear all kinds of excuses from people trying to get out of tickets, not to mention there are countless stories of pro athletes just getting away with anything simply because they are rich and famous. After reading more of the thread I think I need to see the video. Let me just say though, I am not defending cops, I have had my fair share of run ins with crooked, arrogant cops. In fact I have only had one good run in with a cop. I was just saying that there could be another side of the story. But like I said I think if I see the video I will want to drop kick the cop as well.

First off they pulled over when they got to the ER...second, his wife was running into the ER as Moats was explaining that his MIL was dying...third, a nurse came out on two different occasions telling the officer that she was coding and fourth, another cop explained to this one that she was dying, his response was...I'm almost finished!

This guy has no business being in law enforcement...EVER!!!
