One of my most memorable track day moments this year was a 2 day event in the middle of the summer. It was drizzling on & off for most of the second day & I forgot to bring my rain tires so I was on my Diablo Supercorsas, which are terrible in the rain... but I was instructing the beginner group so it was no big deal circulating through everyone and keeping up with those that wanted some help on the track. The last couple sessions of the day the traffic started thinning out as people were leaving early, so I went out there, circulated through everyone a bit & knew pretty much everyone out there was riding well & didn't need much on-track instruction, so I started picking up the pace... by the end of the session I was having an absolute BLAST spinning up the rear & pushing the front consistently all over the place.... soooo fun & good practice to boot.

Probably Ida remnants swinging up. We got a nice front holding that shit at bay near the Mason-Dixon line. Gonna keep up cloudy, but mostly dry.
