Luckly here in Texas you can actually get a good house for under $150k. I know, its crazy.

True... but just like any bike with that much power (or any wheeled vehicle, for that matter) the power is only as usable as your ability to keep the wheels on the ground and hooked up with the pavement.

Probably sounds whiney as hell. Either that, or the chain noise will be louder than the motor.
