Poutine is a Quebec thing. If you think that the French from France have a corner on the "clog an artery" type food, then you've never seen what a Quebecois can do in the kitchen. Gramps was FC so it's wonder that between the crazy french food and the crazy southern food that I'm alive at all!!! BTW sausage gravy and Red Hot over fries FTW!
