Just had some good down time shooting the shit with 2 of our techswas def a good way to kill an hr or 2. if all goes well i will write my charts and bum around and try to break out early to get to the jobsite.

We did get more asthmatics and sicklers in pain crisis. Both are triggered by the cold so thats understandable. my triage nurse just came in here and was shaking her head over the guy she triaged. Told me I will have a ball with this one. seems he wants the full work up at 5am.

heres your pain meds now get out of my er
