Thanks, Tom. And a big thanks for setting my mind at ease earlier. I was getting close to freaking out. When stuff happens with my kids I lose it. very easily & quickly.

Home from a short shift. It was an interesting night that seemed to be defined by the dude who came in by fire rescue after taking 6 ambien, 5 percocets, and a couple shots. Apparently he just kept taking them because he couldn't go to sleep. Luckily for us he managed to shit all over the place and stink up the ER. That set the tone for a lovely night.

It was funny, and really, if you can't laugh at stuff like that in the ER, you probably won't last. What he did to the bathroom (and the floor leading up to the bathroom) was amazing. If you remember OSP's brief signature gif of the guy who had shit spraying out of his ass, but that's gotta be what happened in there because that's how the bathroom looked when he got done. I dunno if the ambien/percocet combo somehow turned his ass into a high pressure shit cannon or not, but it was an incredible mess. I felt bad for the environmental services people who had to clean that god awful smelly mess.
