It's street legal (not sure about CA); however, I'm thinking it might not pass the maximum dB level restrictions of some areas.

The package from the factory came with the exhaust, belly pan, gel seat, rear seat cowl and bug screen.

I demod that same package last summer. Killer machine...but I didn't think it was very loud even with the Arrows.

When they let you demo it, did you get above 5K RPMs? That's when I feel it gets loud.
