I love all the ideas but have to agree that ignoring her is the best way. It will drive her crazy.

Why take something that isnt yours? Instead give the gift of wheel weights, a pound or so on one side of one wheel should make for a fun drive, and then you cant get in trouble for theft

You can always leave the cores after taking them out lol. Wheel weights...interesing thought there...once filled a tire with water...

But then, I try to avoid property damage...these days...
