Well her and Ron kinda bring it on themselves. They aren't the most favorite people with the locals or the cops. I am not a TotD fan in the slightest. Tail is the name of a crappy store, not the road.

I rode that bitch all day before and the next day I can barely walk. After I did that at the gap my mountain biking improved 100% since I felt no pain in the legs. Not saying it should be your only exercise but it'll shock your legs to death.

I actually wish I could have gotten to the mountains to ride. I have a triathlon tommorow/today and I really wanted to shock the hell out of my legs (Oh god as I typed this I heard a Duc raising hell outside my hotel window).

But you could run up 143 if you are in Robbinsville. Or go to Map My Run and look up stuff.

The guy's a total fucking tool. He slid in on the backs of the folks that put some work into the place, "re-named" it, and acts like it was his idea all along.
