I'm up for an upgrade. Actually, I was up for an upgrade in April, I just didn't know about it until this week. I've been checking out some phones and the only thing that really stands out is the HTC One X and the Nokia Lumina 900. Both are really nice phones, but neither are on Verizon. I haven't figured out what I'm doing, so I'll keep doing nothing.

I told myself I would not go back to Motorola for my next phone. After the camera and memory problems I've had, and seen the massive fuckfest that was the Bionic. Who knows what will be available by July/August though....
The droid X is my last motorola phone. PIECE O SHIT.

Not every one upgrades all the time or buys an expensive phone at every upgrade.

The Lumina is supposed to have very good voice quality, being a Nokia...........But it's got Windows 7.5 instead of the upcoming 8.........and its screen resolution is lower than an iPhone at the same time that its screen is larger.....not a good combination.

If all you're doing is upgrading & always staying in contract, there are tons of superior phones these days for only $49-99.

I always liked the stand on the Evo, but thought that its camera/video functionality sucked

Windows 7.5 doesn't bother me. I rather like it, from the brief time I've played around with it. My problem with the Windows phones is still the app selection. It's gotten better since last I looked, but I'd have to really look to see if there are things that I would like to have or some equivalent available. I didn't know about the resolution thing. I think I'd have to see it in person though and see how the programs are using the available resolution. It's almost a non-issue. The only Windows phone on Verizon is still the ok Trophy, and I'm not wasting an upgrade on that.

Awhile ago they hit 50,000 apps, might be more now.
