Seems like people are thinking I want the bike lowered now. I don't feel like the bike needs to be lowered with the stock seat. But if I were to put on a different seat that is higher, it will need to be lowered. I'm trying to avoid going that route, though.

Seeing as I hate spending money on anything, why dont you give it a little while before to see how you adjust before forking the cash out on a seat if you dont absolutely need it. You may find after some more miles that your butt has adjusted and you dont mind the height.

You could shave down the stock seat and put in some gel padding to bring the seat height back to stock height then recover with either the stock cover or a custom cover.
