Even so, the national median is like what, 140-150?

And 200-300 wouldn't buy you anything at all out here, unless it was an hour away from the city.

Dude I use to work at dort, between carpenter and coldwater. Tt whole area is nice. Lol. But honestly u haven't even touched on the "culture" effect of streets like dayton and avenue a. Lol. Talk abt don't take ur suburban ass down. Oh boy was I glad to be packin when I made a wrong turn down tt ne area on my chopper. Lol
