This. Also, ground floor apts are easier to break into.

I am month to month so I can leave whenever I wish. I called the office and they have gotten several calls from regular tenants intending to move so they are being hard core about the lease terms, security deposit, etc. I don't care, I'm probably out in two months or so. I hate to be an ass but I'll probably secure new lodgings and then not pay my last months rent and let them "evict" me since it's doubtful I'll get my deposit back anyway. That should take a month or so. My deposit was one month's rent, btw. Even Steven I say.

it will take well over a month before an eviction goes through so not to worry there, I would see if you had another place to stash the bikes though, your glare may have made them move on but i am sure theyre already casing things out and seeing when you come and go.
