Depending on the date, I'm not opposed to hitting the Binghampton area for lunch of something. Rt 12S to get to 81 is twisty and scening and a pretty fun ride.

I'm planning a similar trip for next year while my ex has my daughter for a vacation. Will probably make it a ten day trip and hit all of the NE states. No clue of the time frame yet, but won't be till 2012. About the only riding I'll be getting in this year will be for work, when I get paid mileage for travel. However, if she takes off too early in the year, then I'll change it to a southern trip so I can get some warm weather.
