Here's another good link, along the same lines, but doesn't go so far as shooting: http://www.safeism.com/pdfs/SNContacts.pdf

Things like this didn't present a problem for an officer. Officers had a tried and

Hmm, I've never met anyone who does this. Even among hardcore gun enthusiasts with 10-20 guns who shoot once or twice a week.

You got me, I do roll on boring OEM rims. But at least I don't shoot sideways

More guns isn't the answer no matter how hard you try to rationalize it.

Should you actually be willing to get past your bias and prejudice you might want to compare gun crime stats in Ma. NH and Vt you will find that in areas where there are more legally owned gun there is less gun crime. I doubt that you will let facts impact your Prejudice though.
While I doubt I will change your Bias, factually the police for a number of reasons are some of the worst shots you will find (this excludes special response teams) I have on multiples of occasions had police instructors tell me if you have to be shot at by someone let it be a cop. The average CC holder practices at least 4x more often than than patrol officers.

That said I have an immense amount of respect for the people that put a uniform on that makes them the target of fear and distrust. Then is expected to treat the same individuals that called them names with Respect and Dignity

That's because the ones without guns (such as college campuses and the very safe city of Chicago) forgot to put up this sign.

Does anyone else also notice that were there are less restrictions on how you can transport a gun in your car the more polite drivers are? People's attitude change when they aren't quite sure wether you have a gun and how mentally stable you are vs knowing that 99% chance you don't have one.
