Remember, flat and straight... yeah, at 130 you overdrive a LOT of lights.
You shouldn't be doing that kind of speed at night. Doofus.

All I can say is that I love my HIDs and I wouldn't go back to normal bulbs! I just ordered a kit for my girl's bike!

Worrrd. I put their 55w 5000k single bulb kit in my Aprilia a few weeks ago & hooooly SHIT that thing throws some light now!!!

OEM set-up on my bike was a single H7 low beam with dual H7s high beam.

Here's what all 3 look like now with the single HID low beam.

Doesn't look like there's much difference in output from that picture, but...

Stock Dual H7 halogen high-beams

Versus

Single 55w 5000k HID

Granted, these pics were taken with my cell phone and it MIGHT be a bit exaggerated, but the difference is still amazing.
Best 50 bucks I've spent by far (it was 50 shipped because I went with the 55w version instead of the 35.)

Cutty, my buddy has an 1125R with HID and he just did the low-beams. That's all you need with that thing.

55w vs 35w, it's not about extending the distance that you can see, but improving how WELL you can see what's being lit up. There shouldn't be any debate that a 55w system puts out more light than a 35w system.

But day or night, if you can't come to a complete stop in the distance that you can effectively see, you're over riding your sight line... The only way to REALLY increase that distance at night is to go full on HID, lows AND highs and flood the entire road with light.
