With my harbor Freight tire changer and Mojo blocks and bar....

From this... BT-002RS

To this... BT-003RS

BTW I found these tires for $200 for my sizes 120/70-190/50. They also had Conti-motion tires for $160 in my sizes.

How do you not scratch the rim doing it that way?

Sure but it'll be a while... I changed the rear a few weeks ago and it's getting cold so I won't ride as much or as hard.
