Even if the dude's insurance company has a rule saying the rider must wear a helmet, an emergency room can't deny care......so you will still end up paying for their care, just like with illegals.

When I turned 25 I had to call and remind them to lower my rates.....because the idiots claimed their software wasn't capable of adjusting it automatically. Right...
