A mother in Jacksonville, Florida, has pleaded guilty to shaking her [COLOR=blue !important][COLOR=blue !important]baby[/COLOR] to death after it wouldn’t stop crying, and interrupted her game of Farmville.
According to Kotaku, Alexandra V. Tobias, 22, was arrested in January for the death of her 3-month-old baby, Dylan Lee Edmondson. Tobias pleaded guilty today to second-degree murder, which is punishable by a sentence of life in prison. Tobias’ lawyer believes that she will get 25-50 years. Her sentence will be given in December.
Tobias said that she shook the baby because his crying was interrupting her Farmville game. Tobias said that the baby may have hit his head on the computer while she was shaking him.
