cuz speed alone is the judge of inferior/superior?

how about handling and looks? both of which the F1 is superior

the front end of the Veyron looks stupid IMO, and the thing is a lot heavier than the F1

I'll take purity over complexity anyday.

There will eventually be faster cars than the Bugatti. That's progress.
There will never be another car like the McLaren.

The future is all safety nannies and "driver assistance" stuff that seperates people and machine. Dual clutch transmission (aka automatic transmission), stabilty control, launch control....in the end stuff that prevents you from having control.
