She's going to lose. I knew, the moment that I saw the first commercial, that it wasn't Kardashian. The 'look alike' is a hell of a lot better looking and has a better body. Kimmie should take it as a wake-up call for diet and exercise, not an opportunity for a lawsuit.

Thats fucking retarded.. How do you sue a company for using a different person that kind of looks like you?? The fact that the lawyer took this and is wasting the courts time might be even more retarded..

The only way it possibly could make sense is if she had a deal with them, did some commercials and then they randomly dropped her for the look-a-like.. Even then it's still a stretch..

I just find it funny the Reggie Bush is dating the look-a-like now..
