how do they do this? cheap overseas shipping
i just bought a lil stand for my Itouch, $.99 , DELIVERED from Hong Kong
http://cgi.ebay.com/Cradle-Stand-Bra...item2c5565bf8f i looked at another stand , DELIVERED from mainland china for $1.51 i would think shipping something across the world would cost more then $1 i understand the cost of the item itself is low, but shipping fro so cheap i had ordered a hello kitty cd case for april a bit back, it was $7.50 delivered from china, it came in a package where the sending address was somewhere in china vs dist. out in the US somewhere.

Your item isn't shipped from China when you order it. It is housed somewhere in CA by some distributor, then shipped to you. How it gets from CA to you for so cheap it another story unless they are using USPS. My bud who owns a video store buys Chinese DVDs all the time and they are housed somewhere in San Fran. If you use the tracking number they give, it says China and never routed to San Fran. We know this because shit gets lost on occasion and that is where they told him it was getting held up.

Just wash your hands after touching it. Pretty much everything you buy from China is going to have lead, chromium, or mercury all over it.
