That second one has got to be a sick fucking engine, but that center crankshaft with the integrated cams has got to be a super heavy amount of rotating mass.

That axial engine looks good in theory, but would be a nightmare because of the friction and all of the parts that need to work right as far as riding on/in that crank. I dont see a good way to lubricate the bearings on the axial engines crank rods and the crank.
