Default Couple new shots of the 6

Cleaned her up (both street and track skins), did some general maintenance (oil and filter, chain adjust and clean and lube, etc), and got her ready for the track. Mounted up the camera and laptimer as well.

Now I just need some riding skills and some red numbers.

Decided to ride down the block and take a few photos in the track skins by the lake... they didn't come out too great because the sun was fading, but they're alright:

Here's an older one in street trim:

Nope... Robbie Nigl of PeachPit Racing did the paint (metallic black color, white plates painted, silver pinstripe around the plates, everything clearcoated)... but the red/white stripes are decals I applied myself... took a long fucking time cuz I did em perfect

Oh forgot to mention your bike looks bad ass. Nice work on the rebuild.

How long does it take to switch out plastics?

Thanks dude

I think it takes me about an hour and a half or so?

I could do it in much less time... but I take my time, don't want to fuck up the street stuff cuz it's all mint.

I usually give everything (both street and track) a once-over with honda polish as I'm doing it as well, it's a good time to do it and it's easy because I just hold the fairings in my lap as I clean them.

Just makes me want to get an R6 even more.
I'm fighting the temptation to sell my bike for a new R6. LOL
