What would you do?
So i spent my new bike down payment money on professional dog training...got Him back Monday... I don't see much of an improvement... Should i ask for my money back or make them do it all over again?.

before I give you my .02, when you picked him up, did they walk you through everything he learned there to help you continue his training at home?

I'd do some talking with the trainers, if possible, have one come to your place and see you interact with Hopper.
They installed the buttons, but you might not be pushing them correctly.

Is this the new Staffie pup you were talking about before? I imagine that like with kids, patience and repetition is key.. yeah, he learned the stuff, but now he has to learn that the rules that applied in school apply at home, too.

Sounds like a owner problem to me. If your a push over like my wife thats the kind of dog you get. I'm the only one in the house the dog listens to cause he only gets what he want if I get what I want. The part that pisses the wife off is she soils the hell out of him and he spends most of his time sitting on my lap. Dogs are smart and return respect.
