Gogeous home. But MUCH too formal for my tastes. Doesn't look like a very fun or comfortable house.

Agreed.

There are lots of places around here in that price range. Most are very cold and sterile feeling.

While huge, that place looks quite "homey".

Plus if you want to get back to your roots, go to the cabin on the grounds.
