Got back in the saddle
Dont think anyone here realy knows but I got some shitty news about a pt I saw over labor day weekend that wound up having a very bad outcome (cant go into any details at this time) either way it was a perfect ending to a rather brutal week. Fortunatley I had a couple days off from the ER to kind of regroup.
I was a bit anxious tonight esp after having to see a few patients with similar complaints as the other one. Was a little tennative at first but seemed to get through it so I think all will be well. tom |

I don't know if anyone know this but that thing that I had on the other thing turned out to be something else. Luckily after I....well you know...well I just did.
So now I am stuck here thinking whether I should have done things with the other thing but hey, thats how it goes.
