I bet he would let you borrow stuff too! Sadly our days of borrowing our stuff out are over. The pressure washer came back after having been run with no oil. Yea, thanks mom...

That's kinda odd you say that. I let my cop neighbor borrow my fertilizer spreader to overseed his lawn this weekend and he broke it. He went and bought me a new one though.

A spreader is a cheap way to keep your pissed off neighbor from calling the cops everytime you park on the sidewalk

Well that's expected when you break someone else's stuff right?

Not when it's your mom though! I was told that she didn't do that and has no idea what I'm talking about. It must have been my fault. Well duh, after I had her grandson I can't do a dang thing right. I guess I should be lucky she didn't use the, "After all I've done for you" argument.

HOA's are great if you want to live in a neighborhood. Keeps people from letting their houses/yards from looking like shit. HOA's have their place. My next house won't be in in a neighborhood that has an HOA. I'm going to live out in the country on a large lot so I can't see my neighbors house, not because of the HOA, mostly because I hate people and I want a little more privacy.

We only have two vehicles. One stays along side the house and one under the carport. My husband is a welder/fabricator so the shop is full with his welder, lathe, various tools, motorcycle lift and 8 bikes. It does not leave room for any of our vehicles especially since I drive a lifted Land Cruiser and he drives a Black 4X4 F-350 van that makes it look like the A-Team lives with us.
