this guy cracks me up. he said we could try to be civil for the last few weeks, I figure ok whatever. Now he wants me to mow the lawn and if we stay past the 15th it would be the right thing to pay the other half of the months rent I iwll be sure to get right on that.

Turns out the homeowners ins place wants all their money up front for the first year so that another 1200 I gotta spend and not use on rent.

had a good idea today. Hes now paining the basement since its officially empty. I have keys to go down there. Fungo sjust shed today so maybe I will go place it down there in an easy to be seen spot. Of course I will stretch it out so its pushing 8 feet long

That is just cruel..................awesome but cruel. I would also put in a little remark about how he hasn't eaten in a week or two and he is probably hunting his next meal. Of course his response would be there's nothing in the basement. you then say............except you of course, better be careful down there.
