Pretty much the same as most above, but I have also tipped my tattoo guy. My wife also tips the lady who does her nails.

I don't know if it is considered "tipping" but I give my mail carrier a card with cash in it every year around Xmas, and the same for my FedEx and UPS guy (all 3 have bben the same since we bought the new house).

After hearing a story from a friend of a used condom falling onto the floor when they were getting up in the morning. And it wasn't from them and they don't know where it came from....

I pull sheets out too now.

I did as well, but I've only been to one sitting, so it's not a regular occasion to tip. LOL
