Default KneeDraggers

Has anyone had a rotten experience ordering from them? I'm going through one right now.

Here it is, 15 days after I placed my order and I've only received most of it. The entire order was supposed to ship within 24 hours. They do not answer emails. I had to call them to get any response, which was "It shipped from a different warehouse."

Now, for the order that I have received, one of the items was defective (BikeMaster tire gauge). I went online and requested an RMA and received no response.

Their live chat service is not available even if you try it during the correct posted hours.

I sent them some more emails and will most likely have to call during their business hours on Monday.

That sucks. I have gotten the it shipped from different warehouses line beofre but my stuff always arrived within a few days of each other.

Thats prety lame as far as them not getting back to you though.

Recently I have been ordering from motorcycle super store or comp accesories, and STG and have been very happy with all 3.

On top of all of that, shortly after I placed my order, someone got ahold of my credit card info and ran up a few charges of their own. I can't say for certain that Kneedraggers was responsible, but it sure is an interesting coincedence.

The bank is on it. The charges have been removed ($101 total), the card cancelled, and a new one is being sent out. All within a few hours of the charges being made.

Only ordered from them once, and no issues.
Sorry man, I hate dealing with retailer issues.

I have never had an issue with them. I have returned pants and they sent me new ones with no problem (and no extra charge) plus I got a huge amount off my new chain because of their "puck buck" system.

But this was a few years ago...maybe things have changed.
