So then what is the reason? Are they claiming that hospitals don't bother taking care of Black people?
I'd be more inclined to believe that it's because Black people tend to live in more congested areas, therefore it takes longer for help to respond. |

I wouldnt think so, ems response times in NYC arent too bad even in the ghetto areas. Plus these ER's see a lot more trauma than your rural or suburban ER's do so the servies there are usualy prety good betwwen ER, trauma surgery and orthopedics.

I think that's why they always seem to change lanes real slowly....they can't see shit. Starting from like 50 yards behind you, they move their steering wheel one milimeter.....taking 30 seconds to move into the next lane, yet almost clipping your rear bumper in the process.........I call it "the molasses draft".............. id join you on this but i had solid motor mounts in my shelby z and it was a very similar effect. girls sure did seem to like riding in it though...
