Hahahaha...no you were skinny with little fat. Decent muscle mass would be 5'11 at 200 with 10% BF.

In order to bench 300, you need to put 2X45 plus 1X25 plus 1X10 plus 1X2.5 (on each side).
So your telling me that you just magically went to 300 and not 295 or 315? Do you even have 2.5lbs weights?

Eh...probably not. He's eating fruit, remember (which really makes no sense because fruits rise insulin levels). If he was no carb, then he'd have to worry about ketosis over a long period of time (like 4 days) in which he would have to carb up.

Are 2.5 pound plates hard to come by in California? West coast juicers don't bother moving up in 5-pound increments, I suppose. My college gym and my friend's Olympic weight set both have 2.5 pound plates. I even have 2.5 pounders for my standard set at home.
I was surprised when I did it, too. I never try to max out with weight in the gym, so I didn't know what to expect when I finally tried at a friend's house. It was more than I ever did in high school, and I was much bigger back then. |
