I've found Michigan to have the most BB gyms (Detriot area).There are Golds, Powerhouses, Worlds it seems all over the place.

Yeah I'm callin BS on the 1800lbs. Either you were doing 1/2 leg presses or the leg press was not at a true 50 degree angle. lol

I think alot of people who don't bb and look through mags think, well...if I was on "steriods" like these guys I can look like them too. LOL...hardly. I know alot of guys on gear and they look nothing like ones on in the mags. They don't know how to eat properly and lifting is haphazard.

Anybody got a vid or something with more of a "basic" workout? No weights, just lots of stretches and own muscle use like push-ups, etc.
