I always thought and still do thing they have been hit with the ugly stick. I always said I would never buy them. I thought I would buy a Mac before I would buy these. But after ready about people easing back, knee and hip pain I might give them a try.
I love running on the beach barefoot. I don't do it enough. I would love to run on the rocks down Peggy's Cove with those to really test them out.  James

I actually just joined a Gym and started Running this past week...Im addicted to it. And I do feel better in just a week of working out. I have more energy than previously not going to the gym.
