I like it. A lot.

Wish they made a smaller CC version though - to AMJ's point, that's a crapload of bike to be throwing around the mud (not that it can't be done, of course)

They do, one based off the 800cc VFR motor in Aussie land though.

Yeah, not in the US. We don't get the good toys here.

All these fancy "ADV" bikes remind me of the SUV boom a few years ago.

You guys are so cutting edge.

It's what is selling. The GS is the best all around bike I have ever ridden. It's fun in the twisties. It's super comfortable. I can tear down fire roads without fear. It's easy to maintain. They are selling them. Everyone is jumping on that bandwagon since the sportbikers aren't buying shit.

I'm happy for the manufacturers.

I hope they are as profitable as the SUV's were to the auto makers.

As soon as I have room, I'm hoping to land one. There's a ton of non-road stuff around here to ride that I'm itching to experience.

I was going to say you must have a lot of good stuff to ride up there. theyre kinda useless to own down in the LI/NYC area since theres virtually no legal off road traisl to ride. Gotta head to NJ or PA for dirt riding.

With that said, there's sure to be an Eddie Bauer edition!
