I guess I'm in the camp that doesn't understand why she should wait until after the msf to buy a bike. Did you wait until after you passed your driver's license test to buy a car?

Shit son, I knew a guy who had 4 cars before he had his license, true story! Besides, she's confident she will pass or she'll take it again or she'll just buy the damn thing. You do not have to take the MSF course to ride a motorcycle anywhere in the United States of America. It is voluntary. I had a MC license for years before I took the MSF and only took it then because the Army made me once came back from overseas duty! Oh btw I'm ASSuming you meant "shouldn't".

I don't think everyone was saying that she should wait until after the MSF to get a bike because she might not pass...more that a lot of people take the MSF and realize that they don't like riding.

But since you said later that she has experience already, then she probably has a good idea that she will enjoy it.
