Thanks everyone! I really am super happy about it for many reasons. The least of which is not that unemployment is NOT enough to live on and that after 200+ resumes sent over 5.5 months, I was starting to feel a little discouraged! I'm also very happy that its less than 4 miles from home so NO MORE RUSH HOUR BULLSHIT!!

I know I was an ironworker for 5 years and personally remanufactured the wrought iron railing in the Bourse Building in "Olde City" Philadelphia PA. It's very labor intensive but the end result is well worth the time spent.

Congrats

I went on a mini-tour of the shop and from what I can tell, there is a ton of work that goes into making everything. Not to mention, most of the doors are made for super-swank homes so they are friggen HUGE!! And they make all them so pretty, unlike the standard "jail cell bars" I've seen as wrought iron doors in the past. Some day I aspire to have the door they designed for a wine cellar that has a bunches of grapes and vines made of metal. I also want a wine cellar to go with it.

Don't let them drive you nuts going back and forth between all of them. That used to drive me freakin' crazy!
This is pretty much in line with what I've done for the last ten years. I'm kind of used to sales people promising the world, CAD and manufacturing hating sales for making promises they then have to keep, sales hating them for "complaining" about it, and customers complaining about everyone.
