I've never used ones like that.. how good are they from the noise isolation standpoint? The main reason I like the Etymotics so much myself is that the wind noise is almost totally gone with the foam attachment, and even more so with the flanged attachments (though the flanged ones always hurt my ears). I would assume they're pretty good if NASCAR drivers use them.. I can't imagine a race car being even remotely quiet.
