I have to take a yearly drug tests plus randoms.

I've been told to test positive from second hand, you'd have to be riding in an enclosed car with someone constantly blowing it in your face, and even that still might come up negative. But that is for a non DOT drug screen. For Trip, I don't know how stringent they have it set for employees for a nuclear facility.
