Something tells me he was expecting different responses. But I've run Vesrah RJL and RJL XX on my bike and none of them made any unpleasant noise, so YMMV I suppose.

While I don't believe anyone at BMW said this verbatim:

deal with it,we aren't going to do anything

it sounds like they could have done a better job explaining WHY your brakes may be noisy.
