Doodoobaker?

alright i need some insight on this one.

i am in the stall, in the bathroom all by lonesome.
a young black employee strolls in walks over to the one piece of mirror that is not partially blocked by a sink, which happens to be right in front of my stall door.
all is quiet for a few seconds as he is checking his hair or whatever.

and then
RRRRRRIIIIPPP

he lets loose a noise that should not come from someone as small as he.

he abruptly says aloud " Whoa... DOODOOBAKER!?" and runs out of the bathroom.

W T F does this mean? it didnt even have an entry in the urban dictionary. somebody knows the meaning of this, i am sure. this was posed as a question somehow, either that , or maybe he was confused as well as surprised. anyhow, i am at a loss.
