Anyone's kid do modeling/commercials?

We had a "scout" approach us about having my son do some children’s clothing ads, but when we inquired about the hours, location, and demands, there was NO way we were willing to take the time off, and get him to the locations, and make a portfolio for him. We THOUGHT it'd just be something neat for his scrapbook, but found out the dirty underbelly of "pageants" and cut-throat competition was a lot nastier than we ever cared to be apart of.
