Man I wanted to watch this fight. I knew Mosely could beat him and I was hoping he would get the KO.

If it would have happened 10 second earlier the fight would have been stopped... That ref only let it go on cause he knew the round was completely over and there would not be another exchange. I like that officiating honestly, but the damage was done so it didn't matter.

i'd like to see the TKO fall by the wayside. these guys are being paid a shit ton of money for 36 minutes of work...i say go till one can't go no more or the 12 rounds are up.

I don't know. Some of these guys are too hard headed and won't give up. I watched a fight were a guy was getting his ass beat. Taking some huge punches and wouldn't stop. He didn't seem to really want to keep fighting but wouldn't stop. A ref has to look out for these fighters.

And in most cases if a guy is getting dropped too many times then its not a fight anymore.

And they are paid to fight up to 12 rounds. If they can finish a fighter early they get to go home early with full pay.

People getting killed in the ring is bad for business.

Yes it is. I believe it was just last year that a ref let a fight go on in a fight that should have been stopped (so I heard, I didn't get to see that fight) and the fighter died.
