Depends if they're actually iron, or some kind of plastic 5-lb shit.

Gotta love the same 2 reps repeated over and over again throughout the clip. Nice form too.....stops like a whole foot above his chest

Probably plastic weights and he emptied out the sand/pellets/whatever was in them.
