Default scan ID for beer and cigs/dip

anybody heard this?

vs currently they visually check your ID, retailers are supposed to start scanning your ID for these "age appropriate " items.

It's been happening for years.

The date on the front is easy enough to change.

The encoded data: not so much.

I made a duplicate lic for my brother which he used from when he was 18 until he tuned 21, they have been scanning them around here for a while now.

asked workmate about this, he just went to disney FLA (within 2 mos) , he didn't recollect these thumbprint readers, where were they?
