That's exactly what I got when I bought a Two Wheel Fix sticker. A torn empty envelope and some lame ass excuse on a plastic baggy.

Hig shovel rating means you are worthy to be kidnapped, sexually used abused and buried in the back yard.

OSP = One Sick Psycho (altho having a woman has mellowed his psychotic tendencies)

The USPS is usually pretty good to me. But I've never had anyone ship electronics in an envelope like that. In fact, I prefer USPS Priority mail when packages get shipped to me. That is usually faster than UPS or FedEx. I can get a package from Cali in 2 days with Priority.
