Default Bakin Brownies

So my M.I.L. has Fibromyalgia and F.I.L. has had cancer, and well, he's 72 and he kinda just HURTS all over. (yeah they had my wife late in life)

They both just kinda HURT all the time.

And I see this retired colonel on the news the other night campaigning the halls of the state senate trying to get legal MJ passed for NC. He's saying that ANY time you see him he is under the influence, and has to be to maintain sanity. He's got chronic pain and that's his ONLY relief.

So at lunch Sunday I asked them if they'd ever considered weed. They looked at each other and their eyes got as big as saucers because they had actually spoken to each other then night before ABOUT trying it. Buy they didn’t' want to smoke it. So they asked if there was another way.
I said that I’d made brownies years ago, and got high as a kite…..and they like the idea. A LOT.
My question is; before I go snooping on the net and raise a red flag with our I.T. people…. What are some options here? Are brownies the best way (for THEM)? My F.I.L. mentioned cookies..but I’d never heard of doing THAT…..but hell, why NOT?

California has companies that do nothing but put pot in different recipes. You could look them up.

Thanks...good start for now though...kinda wanted to keep it on the forum level for right now. Our little rinky dink I.T. service just looks at websites searched/logged and not the content.

I dont see why IT would care you were looking at legal Medical Marijuana uses. These companies are 100% legal in California.

Likely cover story Troy. You should surf for pot on your own time. LOL

guess that's one way to deal with inlaws, just get 'em high and watch them laugh themselves silly.

Troy, my dad was prescribed a medication that had marijuana/THC in it for his chemo nausea and pain management. I'm not sure if that's an option... and I don't know how it compares to "natural" MJ in terms of effects/side effects. I know my dad didn't really care for the loopy feeling of it.. but he had never done pot even as the crazy teen he may have been in the 40's. So, YMMV...

Wouldn't be an issue in an architects office. Engineers are under bigger thumbs

Actually no I have a flip-phone I use to talk on

I was actually just asking for some personal experience/opinion of people I respect, instead of just googling it.

My father went through a nasty spell with cancer, the chemo ducked him up pretty bad. The feel good pills the docs gave him were crap. Sampled some green smoke and all was good
